Sports have been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. I played baseball through my senior year of high school and went on to play football in college. That passion naturally carried into coaching for Loudoun Lightning, Loudoun South Eagles and Loudoun South Little League.

Ryan Lazisky

I grew up playing baseball for over 12 years and played at West Springfield High under Coach Tugwell. I went on to continue my athletic career in college basketball. I have coached over the past 6 years in both travel baseball and Little League. My coaching philosophy centers on helping young players develop their skills, grow their knowledge of the game, and keeping the game fun.

Tom Colan

Tom, his wife Julie, and their family are longtime residents of Loudoun County and active members of several sports organizations and community charities. He grew up in Northern Virginia playing organized sports which was followed by a DIII college football career at Carnegie Mellon University. Tom has experience coaching multiple seasons of travel and Little League baseball, youth basketball and flag football.

Jeff Wilson

I grew up in a small town in northern Wisconsin that only offered fast pitch softball from age 7-13. In high school I played baseball, basketball and golf. I currently live in Willowsford with my wife and 3 kids that compete in baseball, basketball, flag football, volleyball, and cheer (whew!). My coaching philosophy centers around having fun, building resiliency, and building muscle memory through repetitive practices.

Jim McCann

I grew up in Madison, MS, and graduated from Mississippi State University before serving in the U.S. Navy for six years. After the Navy, my wife Alice and I lived in Boston for several years before settling in Brambleton with our two kids-- Jack (9) and Eleanor (6). I have loved baseball for as long as I can remember, and played the game from an early age through much of high school as a member of various local All-Star and travel teams. I've been fortunate enough to be able to help coach both Little League and travel teams for a few years now, and take great joy in teaching the game and watching the kids develop as players and, more importantly, as people.

Curtis Fisher

A devoted husband and proud father of four children, all of whom have been active in sports. With a lifelong passion for athletics and youth development, I've coached football, soccer, tennis, baseball, and softball. Beyond the wins and losses, I have dedicated much of my life to mentoring underprivileged kids, using sports as a platform to teach life skills, confidence, and resilience. As both a coach and mentor, my mission has always been to help young boys and girls improve on the field—but more importantly, to grow into strong, capable individuals off the field. My Leadership is rooted in teaching values like teamwork, discipline, and integrity, creating an environment where every child feels supported and inspired to reach their full potential.
